I can't say enough good things about Dan Mulder and DPM construction. We sought bids from 4 different contractors for the remodel of our kitchen. DPM construction was not only competitive but, unlike others, Dan was professional, courteous, listened to our vision, and offered suggestions for improvement. He was the only contractor who brought in all his subs, at the same time, to go over the blueprints, ask and answer questions, etc. Everyone was professional and polite. Dan always made himself available either on the phone or in person and was extremely prompt in addressing any issues or questions. A rare quality. Our design company, eHeart, worked seamlessly and hand-in-hand with DPM construction to bring the project together. Our project was started on-time and finished on-time, on budget, and on spec. Dan and DPM construction are the best!

Dan and his team of craftspeople were fantastic. From the first estimate to close out of the project. The schedule was meet the cost estimate was met. Dan is a perfectionist with the clients best interest in mind. There were things he noticed and had corrected that we may never have noticed. We had a total kitchen demolition and remodel done. This included new cabinets, flooring and a wood ceiling, new stair railing and stair caps, much electrical and plumbing work, ceiling beams wrapped in wood, a new fire place mantel and a bathroom update. It also included asbestos abatement. All proper permits were secured and all inspections passed with flying colors. If you are considering a remodel project, large or small I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and DPM Construction. If you choose DPM Construction you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended! We used DPM construction on a major remodel of kitchen, main floor and parts of the basement. Dan was fantastic to work with in all respects. The work was completed on time; Dan and/or his crew were there every day - we never had to wonder where they were - and he promptly took care of any issues that arose. He is a good listener who is easy to talk to and will work with you and consider your ideas to get what you want. Doing a costly remodel project can be quite stressful; with DPM you can rest assured you are in the hands of a trustworthy, highly competent professional.

We have worked with DPM for two large projects, basically renovating our whole home. Dan is outstanding and only brings in people he trusts to do work. It's so nice that we don't have to worry at all about things being done right. Dan takes care of it. He just won't do something if it isn't going to be done to the highest standard. If there are issues, he takes care of them immediately without any haggling. He definitely goes the extra mile. When we worked with DPM a couple of summers ago, while we were on vacation, Dan mowed the lawn when it started getting a little too long and vacuumed and dusted before we got home to make sure we came home to a clean, awesome reveal. I have zero reservations in recommending DPM. We plan on working with DPM again when the next project comes around and we send all of our friends and family their way.

We did a kitchen remodel with Dan a couple of years ago. We had so much fun, we ended up remodeling the entire house - plus the deck. Dan and his sub contractors stuck with us through the entire process. They became a welcome part of our family as we stayed in the home throughout the duration of the remodel. Dan is a patient man with a good sense of humor. His wide range of knowledge, his broad experience, attention to detail and can-do attitude were the driving force that got us through. And his subs were all wonderful human beings - all so patient with our ever growing and changing list of desires. We could have never pulled it off without him and his skilled crew. For twenty five years we dreamt of the house we wanted to eventually own. Dan and his excellent crew transformed our old house into that dream home. Now, we enjoy the rewards of our new home everyday. After two years we came up with another idea, but this time, on the exterior of the house. Dan and his crew are back. If you can imagine it, Dan can make it become a reality.

Dan was the contractor for the remodel of our kitchen. He is fabulous! He is kind and discusses everything in detail so you know what to expect and he delivers on those expectations. He is resourceful and brought very competent people in to do all the work. He is a perfectionist when it comes to detail and cleanliness of the work environment. I recommend DPM Construction without reservation. Even though my kitchen renovation wasn't especially large, Dan gave it his full attention and put together an excellent crew (plumbing, electrical, painting, trim carpentry). Dan was easy to work with and he checked-in with me every day and stopped by almost every day. Dan communicated with me throughout the project, and he also coordinated closely with the designer. When potential delays occurred that were beyond his control, Dan made sure the project continued on schedule. I was absolutely pleased with Dan's oversight, knowledge, flexibility, scheduling, and crew, and of course with the final project.
